As a Coach, I work with my clients to create awareness of how their way of being, beliefs, and assumptions influence their actions. By expanding this awareness, challenging these assumptions, and exploring new ways of thinking, I help clients create a transformational shift in their being, ultimately improving their overall life experience.
Clients come to me for a variety of reasons. They may have a desire to grow in their career or a goal they want to achieve and are feeling stuck; or they struggle with confidence, finding their voice, or making decisions; or they just know something is missing in their life but can’t pinpoint it. There are a myriad of reasons why someone can benefit from a life coach and each one is unique.
What can you expect?
Life transformation work is hard, which is why not everyone does it. It’s exploring the best parts of yourself, and the worst. The light and the darkness. But when we uncover what is blocking us from achieving the things we want in this world, it opens up so many possibilities. Through coaching, you will learn more about yourself than you ever knew was possible. You’ll likely find more confidence, balance, and compassion for yourself and others. You’ll get the results in life that you’ve been dreaming about it.
How does it work?
Coaching agreements range from three month to one year engagements, comprised of 60-minute sessions and occur weekly or bi-weekly. Depending on your needs we can customize a package that works for you.
As part of my coaching practice, I leverage the Enneagram - a scientifically validated framework that is used with individuals, teams and organizations to increase self-awareness, unlock potential and inspire growth. The Enneagram helps us understand why we do what we do, which is different from most personality assessments that focus only on the “what we do.” If we’re working together, I’ll highly recommend that you take the Enneagram assessment during our time together. The report will provide a ton of insights that will be helpful to tap into along your coaching journey.
Prior to signing an agreement, I like to schedule a 30-minute intro call to learn more about where you or your company are at and what you’re looking to achieve.
